Blake reed evans
Blake Reed Evans (he/him/his) is an award-winning hairstylist, salon owner, and global educator based in Tampa, Florida. With over a decade of experience in professional education, Blake is known for delivering high-impact classes that blends technical excellence with real-world strategies stylists can actually use.
A longtime member of the Redken Artist Network and SalonCentric #ittakesapro Team, Blake travels across the country teaching hair color, business development, and social media classes—both in salons and on the biggest beauty stages in the industry. He’s been recognized as one of Top 100 Stylists by Modern Salon, with features in Nylon, Beauty Launchpad, Teen Vogue, and PopSugar.
Blake is the co-owner of Shear Art Salon in Tampa, where he leads a team of stylists with a strong focus on mentorship, education, and customized client experiences. As a content creator and influencer, Blake also shares engaging, education-driven content with thousands of followers on Instagram and TikTok, helping to elevate the craft and culture of hairdressing.
Whether he’s teaching a hands-on class, hosting a retreat, or keynoting at an industry event, Blake brings humor, heart, and a deep passion for helping stylists grow behind the chair and beyond it.
Laura frazier
Laura Frazier is a Redken Artist, salon owner, international educator, and certified wellness expert based in Charleston, SC. With over 16 years behind the chair, she’s built a career rooted in color, extensions, and personal empowerment—spanning from New Jersey to the Lowcountry. She’s the founder of Blush & Bone, a thriving salon, and travels the country educating stylists through Redken and beyond.
In 2024, Laura was named a Beauty Launchpad “30 Under 30” honoree and has also been a NAHA finalist—an achievement she’s proud of and determined to claim in the future.
Beyond the salon, Laura is a certified breath coach, timeline healing therapist, NLP practitioner, and lifestyle coach. After growing up in the system and navigating life with complex PTSD, she discovered firsthand that true healing doesn’t always come from traditional paths. Through breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, and energetic healing, she found transformation—and now brings those same tools to the beauty industry.
Today, Laura is on a mission to fuse personal growth and professional craft. Whether she’s leading retreats, coaching stylists, or creating hair transformations behind the chair, she helps others dismantle limiting beliefs, rewire their inner world, and reclaim their power..

Tiffany Loe is a stylist, salon owner, extension educator, and the founder of Christian Michael Hair Extensions. With nearly two decades behind the chair, Tiffany built her brand out of pure necessity—she was over the shedding, tangling, and mystery hair that kept failing her and her clients. So, she decided to change the game.
Based in Southern California, she also owns Christian Michael Salon, where she works hands-on with clients and leads stylists through advanced education in hair extensions, business, and real-world success. Her teaching style is direct, empowering, and rooted in experience—because she’s been there.
Tiffany created Christian Michael with one goal: to bring transparency, quality, and integrity back to the extension industry. She’s built a brand that’s by stylists, for stylists—offering ethical sourcing, premium performance, and education that actually makes a difference.

Julie Lahr
A Redken Artist, financial educator for hairstylists, and facilitator at the renowned Redken Exchange in NYC, Julie specializes in empowering stylists with advanced technical skills and innovative business strategies. She has shared her expertise globally, including at the L'Oréal Academy in Mexico City and Redken Symposium on Tour in Barcelona, and has facilitated multiple Redken Symposiums in the U.S. Julie is renowned for her ability to demystify complex hair color chemistry and techniques, particularly color correction, with a calm and approachable teaching style. Whether leading a hands-on masterclass or inspiring stylists on stage, she combines her deep knowledge of hair science and artistry with practical, results-driven business insights. When Julie isn’t traveling to educate, she leads her boutique salon in the Indianapolis area, coaching her team to achieve both creative and financial success. Known for her high energy, collaborative approach, and playful spirit, Julie is committed to helping salon professionals create extraordinary hair and lasting client relationships.
