  • A contribution page is a personalized webpage you receive after registering. It includes a custom link and QR code that you can share with friends, family, clients/guests. The contribution page allows them to support you by making contributions that will be deducted from your total amount in real time. Along with the contribution page, you'll get a social media kit with content for your stories, Instagram feed, and a printable mirror talker to help you share your page easily.

  • You will need to fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica. From there, Jaco is approximately a 1.5-hour drive.

  • Yes, accommodation is included in the retreat package. You will be staying in a comfortable AIR CONDITIONED boutique hotel close to the beach and other key locations like clubs, restaurants, and other activities.

Cancellation/refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our policy for cancellations and transfers:

  1. Deposit: The $500 deposit required to secure your spot is non-refundable.

  2. Cancellation Policy:
    All payments for the retreat are non-refundable. Due to the limited availability and upfront costs associated with planning, we are unable to offer refunds for any cancellations, regardless of the timing. We strongly recommend purchasing a private travel insurance to protect your investment.

  3. Transfers: If you can't make it, you can transfer your spot to someone else! Written requests for transfers must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat start date. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

  4. Wait List: If there is a wait list, we will notify you if someone is available to take your place.
